– Use of elegantly furnished apartments with armored front doors
– Kitchen complete with kitchenette (4 burners), oven, refrigerator with freezer, utensils (plates, cutlery, pots) etc.
– TV Lcd Sat, direct dial telephone, intercom, safe
– Shower box and hairdryer in the bathrooms
– Expenses: electricity, water, gas, service, VAT .
– Bed and bathroom linen (kitchen linen not included )
– Towel change twice (on arrival / every Saturday and midweek) and bed sheets once (on arrival / every Saturday), a week
– Final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning is mandatory)
– Swimming pool with whirlpool, waterfall, wellness path, sunbeds and games for children
– WIFI Internet in the whole Residence
– Garage or parking
– Hot tub, fitnessroom and use of bicycles (at Hotel Globus 20 mt)
– On the beach at Bagni 84 Franco and Paolo, with agreements: bathing-huts, baby sitter-nursery, games for children, entertainment for adults and children, bowling green, table tennis, canoes, mattress storage, Sup School 84 courses with federal instructors

– 2 weeks 3% – 3 weeks 6% – 4 weeks 10%
– Special Beach: beach umbrella included in the price until 08.06 and from 07.09

– Air conditioning: One-room apartment €. 25, Two-room apartment €. 35, Three-room apartment €. 45 (per week)
– Extra bed: 10% for each bed
– Daily cleaning (linen included, kitchenette excluded)): One-room apartment € 25, Two-room apartment € 30, Three-room apartment € 35 (per day)

Tourist tax not included in the price.
